• Shipment processing time

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless the item(s) ordered is on “PRE-ORDER” status. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. ​

• Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All shipping and handling cost for your order will be calculated at checkout. Please make sure the shipping information provided is accurate.

• Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order is processed for shipping, you will be receiving a confirmation email with your tracking information. Must provide a valid/correct email address to receive our confirmation emails.

• Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs, duties fees or taxes that may be assessed on the items shipped overseas.

• Damages

All items are well inspected before shipping. Must report any shipping damages within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).

• International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally with the exception to few destinations. Please allow longer time for international shipping. Be aware that the shipment might be subject to duties/customs fees at port of entry.
