Our return policy

 

All unused items must be returned within 15 days of delivery for either store credit, exchange, or a refund to your original payment method. We unable to accept returns on used items. 

We ask that you report shipping damage within 48 hours. Please email your order number and photos of the shipping damages to support@bearquartz.com .

• In case the item returned to us has been used, no refunds will be issued and we will not be able to ship the item back. 

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

•  Please pack your returns with care. There should be sufficient packaging material in the box you receive from us to be used for return shipping.
