At Bear Quartz, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, unused items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for store credit, an exchange, or a refund to your original payment method. Please note, we cannot accept returns on used items.

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! To report shipping damage, please email us at support@bearquartz.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items for a quick resolution.
